The project consists of a mixed-use development with land area of 54,000 square feet, distributed in 3 towers, Smart Brickell 1 (16,500 SF), Smart Brickell 2 (16,500 SF), and Smart Brickell 3 (21,000 SF).Tower 3 will consist of 23 floors of 97 units of multi-family usage of approximately 77,000 square feet and 7 units of rentable retail space with approximately 7,000 square feet.
